Purchased a new Travel Trailer last year that has a Forever Warranty. No charge for parts and labor. A/C went bad and required new unit. Went to pick up the trailer and asked how much I owed. Nothing Eric said, everything under warranty. That's the way it should work. Thank you all. Excellent experience at least this time. - Slade
ALL departments were and are SUPER!
We LOVE our Columbus 375RL. Got the white furniture and heat pump! LIVE the heat pump in cooler temperatures saving propane substantially. Service has ALWAYS been of the highest quality as with parts. We drive 250 miles but well worth the quality of work and service.

Brent and Juston were amazing. We came in with a wiring issue and needed to get on the road to get back to home to Los Angeles. They got us right in and the repair done quickly reviewing the wiring issues with us and confirming everything was in a safe working order. We cant safe enough of how satisfied we are!
